9. Monitoring and Review
We will regularly monitor the implementation of this policy to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with relevant legislation. This policy will be reviewed annually or as required in response to changes in legislation or company practices.
10. Breach of Policy
Any employee found to have breached this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal. Complaints of discrimination will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly in line with our grievance procedures.
